We normally meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, in the boardroom (1st floor) at the Albert Wisner Library, but until the library re-opens, you can join us via Zoom. Please send us an email before the 9th so we can send you the zoom link needed to join the meeting.

This month’s selection: is the film Planet of the Humans. You can watch it on YouTube before the Zoom meeting and discussion.

Update on May 26th: Due to a copyright infringement claim, you may not be able to watch it on YouTube at this time. The director of the film, Jeff Gibbs, states that he is working with YouTube to restore access to the film.

The website https://planetofthehumans.com/ gives the filmmakers’ response to this and other claims that the information presented is not completely accurate. It makes for some interesting reading, regardless of which side of the divide (or somewhere in the middle) your assessment puts you.
