Join us for our annual Zero-Waste Potluck Picnic!
Wednesday, June 17th at Mountain Lake Park
What's a Zero-Waste Picnic?
Once again, we are encouraging everyone to bring their own place settings (plate, knife, fork, spoon, napkin, cup) and taking them back home after the picnic... leaving no trash for the barrel and less waste for the landfill!
This is a potluck gathering, so please bring a dish to share (appetizer, main dish, salad, desert... whatever pleases you!) and be sure to also bring a beverage.
Where and When:
Wednesday, June 17th

46 Bowen Road, Warwick, NY5:00pm - Pollinator Pathway's Garden Tour at the Pickleball Courts. (See the yellow X on the map below.) Come learn about invasives vs. natives and practice removing the non-native/harmful weeds. A pair of gardening gloves is recommended. Note: Everyone needs to sign a liability waiver for the Town before working in the park, and copies of the waiver will be available before work begins. Those under 18 need to have the liability waiver signed and notarized by their guardian; please contact us to get a copy of the waiver in advance.
Parking: Enter the park at the main entrance, bear right up the hill towards the pool, and follow the signs to parking for the pickleball courts.

Parking: Several options below.
Option 1: Park on the grassy field opposite the main entrance to MLP and walk down the side path, along the pond.
Option 2: There will be a few spots available just inside the main entrance.
