Growing Your Own Native Plants from Seeds: A Webinar Introduction

Do you love birds? And butterflies? Plant some native plants in your garden and they will thrive. Not had much luck growing wild seeds?

Join Pam Golben and Sona Mason of Warwick's Pollinator Pathway Project on Monday, January the 24th, at 7:30pm via Zoom. They will share helpful insights into successfully growing your own native plants. Techniques such as cold stratification will be discussed.

Free seed packets will be available at our Wisner Library  display to help you get started.

Pam Golben is a local Naturalist and Environmental Educator. Twenty years ago, Pam planted the first of many native plants in her backyard and observed an amazing increase in wildlife biodiversity. She has been a passionate native plant advocate ever since.

In disbelief at her luck at being born on such an amazing planet, Sona Mason has been in pursuit of nature ever since she can remember, and spends a lot of time exploring it, studying it, and doing what she can to preserve more of it.

Sustainable Warwick is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting. To request the Zoom link please email growlocalgwl@gmail.com.
