Our annual picnic will be help at the Town Park on Union Corners Road. The picnic is in lieu of the monthly meeting.

In the hopes of encouraging a broad range of dishes for the potluck, we encourage you to email steeringcommittee@sustainablewarwick.org with what you plan to bring. (Note that someone has already said they will be bringing home-made pizza, so that item is already covered.) You could name a specific dish or indicate something like a main dish, side, salad, dessert, or other. 

If you are not sure what to bring but plan to attend, please also email the Steering Committee. Sometime tomorrow we’ll circulate an email just to people who have responded with a list of what has already been signed up for. 

We’ll start the picnic at 6:30 PM at the pavilion in Warwick Town Park (117 Union Corners Rd, Warwick). Even if you forget to respond to the emails, you are still welcome to attend the picnic.
